Super Shield® is a highly specialized, chemically formulated ceramic elastomeric roof coating system. Super Shield® forms a thick membrane that seals out water and expands and contracts with temperature changes and building movement. Our revolutionary formula contains billions of ceramic microspheres packed tightly to the roof surface, increasing the volume loading capacity that dramatically increases the strength and hardness of our coating causing the surface to stay new looking longer. Ordinary non-ceramic coatings, which contain soft or jagged particle fillers like calcium carbonate, degrade and wear away over time. Ceramic microspheres also reduce VOC’s (volatile organic compounds) and help improve corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
